Precision replaced a 50-year-old geofence garage door for me 2 or 3 years ago. Very satisfactory all around. Today, I foolishly didn’t brake hard enough, getting out my opener in the driveway, and slid into the closed garage door. It was warped and wouldn’t close, so I called in a panic and only 2 HOURS LATER, Jeffrey arrived. Bad news: door needs replacement; incredible news: Jeffrey and his superiors managed to find a replacement door in the same color that will be installed IN 1 WEEK, and cost much ,much less than anticipated.I am elderly, rely on social security for income, and Jeffrey took that into account, as well as leaving my car in the driveway in 90+ degree heat. Jeffrey and Precision are exceptional, in customer service, efficiency, and solid products.

I admit I did not get several quotes but contacted Precision by messages. Jeff Peres came on time and worked fast to get my 17 year old garage door back to new. I had added foam insulation to the door and knew it added weight and I only had one torsion spring to begin with. Paid more than I wanted but went ahead with double springs, new bearings, rollers and cables. Door is now balanced well and runs smooth and quiet. Added some value back to home really.

I called Precision this morning, and my repair is already completed. The technician's scheduled window was 2-4 pm, but he called at 1:30 pm to ask if he could come early. Jeff was professional and friendly. He performed quality checks of both doors and replaced the parts that were worn or failing. It was an excellent experience. I would definitely recommend Precision.

My repair was completed promptly and professionally. I need a new remote for at garage guest house. Re: Could you give me an estimate for a garage opening system with an outside key pad. Actually performed a nearly complete overhaul (only the door and rails are original now) of a 35+ year old setup. Very fast response for appointment, professional in all dealings, prompt and efficient work (on a SUNDAY!). All this after waiting 3+ months from quote until actually deciding to utilize their services. Wish I hadn't waited!

Easy, same day scheduling to replace broken springs, aging rollers, bearings and a cracked hinge. Rudy, the repair technician, called before arrival, was courteous, fully explained all the issues and completed the repairs in about 1.5 hours. Given the COVID-19 supply chain disruptions, I was happy to find a quality service company that had springs available and was not limiting replacement to just the broken spring (as some firms are currently operating).
