David did an awesome job , I appreciate the time he spent for the installation and to go over showing me how everything works for the new garage door opener. Two weeks ago I had the springs and cables replaced by your tech Matt who also did a great job , my thoughts were to eventually get the door replaced but if I do then all the springs and hardware I just purchased 2 weeks ago are not going to work with the new door . I was wondering if there could possibly be some form of credit I could get if I purchase a new door . I have $1492.75 in the new hardware that won’t work on the new door I would purchase. The parts right now are only 2 weeks old.

This is the first one I’ve needed to have my garage door replaced Xavi went to work immediately upon arrival. Finished the job within the timeframe he said it would take him. 5 STARS!!! Matt was a true professional. He inspected diagnosed and presented us with 3 different proposals to choose from. Each proposal would solve our existing problem of a broken spring. The difference in proposals was whether we wanted to take care of wear and tear on other parts which Matt clearly pointed out. There was no pushy salesmanship. Matt's whole approach was very courteous. The workmanship was excellent and the job was performed efficiently as the truck from Precision was fully equipped with everything.
