I had used Precision in the past and always remembered how efficient and personable the technician was, so of course I didn't consider using any other company. The work needed this time was more involved than the last occasion. The technicians of Sean and Charlie were so knowledgeable and explained everything to me in a way that was profession and caring. I was given suggestions and options to fit my budget, but also given guidance to make sure I was doing so wisely. The job was done so, neatly and quickly. It was a pleasure to deal with two such wonderful and skilled technicians.

My center spring rod bracket ripped from the framing and was holding on by one bolt. Almost 40 years old. I had lived here 20+ years. Sean got here on time and we discussed the system, what had been replaced and when. And moreover what was original equipment and its condition. As asked he gave me cost options; the bracket alone, plus other worn components, plus ok but very old components. I took the full package and with the opener that l replaced a few years ago have effectively a completely new system. And it is so quiet now! I didn’t realized how badly the hardware was wearing with the gradually increasing noise level over the years. Sean’s first question, does the noise bother you? Not anymore. Nice job Sean. Try these guys out.

When I first called for a repair Christian arrived to do the repair. I needed 2 door sensers. After installing the sensors he damaged the control unit by bending the top panel of the garage door. I waited almost 2 months. Yesterday 08/09/23 2 Technicians came to replace the top door panel and in that process they damaged the top panel and 2nd door panel. Once again a delay in completing the job. Saying you have quality service and highly qualified technicians I totally disagree.

Precision came highly recommended on our local Facebook page. I had one broken garage door, one semi-functioning, and one that seemed a bit off-kilter. I was able to schedule an appt online instead of calling in (which I love) and they called me about 30 minutes later to confirm the appt and get some more information. They gave me a 4-hour window for the very next day AND, their technician, Brian, called me BEFORE the window even started to let me know that he anticipated arriving during the second half of the window. The repairs were done thoroughly and efficiently and he walked me through everything I needed to know. Very polite and professional service and I would definitely recommend this company.
