When our garage door opener went down on a Sunday and couldn't get the emergency release to work, we thought it would be days before we could get that car out of the garage. About 1pm on that Sunday I did a Google search for garage door openers near me and Precision Door popped up. Someone actually answered the phone. At 2pm, Joseph showed up for a service call with a fully stocked repair van! At 3:50pm ON A SUNDAY we had a completely new garage door opener installed, ready to go. Amazing! They texted me he was coming, Joseph called me with his ETA, and a text was sent as he drove away asking me if I was satisfied with the job. HECK YEAH! All of this during a period of companies understaffed and back-ordered parts due to supply chain issues. Hmmmm. I wonder what "star rating" I should give them. Let me think...

I was told it would be $199.00 and when they got here it was $300.00 and more they came down to $285.00 said the woman I talked to said it stared at 199 but a lot of people don’t hear the start at that is a lot of bull she did not say that

Hello Ms. Wagner. I am sorry for the misunderstanding. WE want our customers happy. I listened to the call and it was clear that our representative stated that are springs "started" at $199.00. You even discussed that with her. That being said, we want you to be happy. I looked at the work invoice and you received the high cycle (more expensive) springs at the $199.00 price plus a new bearing($35). We waived the service fee with new promotion code and provided the free estimate. The additional cost came from the tax. I will call you now to explain better. Thanks for your business. Clark

Keith was absolutely amazing and is highly recommended. He showed us that our old garage door opener was literally on its last leg. He gave us several different options on replacements and we didn’t feel pressured on which one to buy. I will definitely be using this company again as I plan on installing a new garage door soon. Keith even gave me a handout so I could start choosing what I wanted.

What an amazing experience I had. My garage door was completely out of whack, the tech showed up, he was pleasant, informative, and professional. My door was a disaster but in 25 minutes he had it functioning good as new. Percision door is fantastic. I will recommend them to anyone I know who needs garage door service.

I had a new door installed 2 years ago the screws that hold the bracket that lift the door pulled out. The technician put on a longer bracket with several screws that I am confident will not pull out. I wish this bracket was installed originally saving me the service call. The technician could not explain why they didn’t put this on originally. It’s a big door. I had to purchase the bracket for roughly $60 and the $49 dollar service call.
