I love this company. Honest as the day is long. They don’t try to sell you anything you don’t want or need and they give you multiple options so you can decide the best approach.They came out the day after I called, called before they came, arrived early, and completed the job quickly and well! They even reset all my remotes to the new motherboard, including the remote in my car. Super job!

If every company had customer service like Precision Garage Door Co., the world would be a better place. Their tech, Scott Panaia called me to advise he would arrive early, definitely a plus. He was polite, professional and very knowledgeable. He was able to solve what I thought was a major problem with minor adjustments in a very short time. Having said all of that it is my considered opinion if anyone reading this has garage door issues, you should contact Precision for the best quick, professional and affordable service.
