Our service technician, Jim Nagaard, provided exceptional and prompt service for us, repairing damage to our garage door on a Saturday morning. He carefully and thoroughly explained what needed to be repaired and at the same time showed me what he was referencing. When he found that the door needed more work than he originally noticed, he immediately showed us and waited for our approval to go ahead with the additional work. He was very courteous, professional, informative and pleasant - I appreciated his smile! And it was evident that he enjoyed his work. Precision is very fortunate to have Jim working for them.

When my garage door broke, I already knew to call Precision Garage Door Service from hearing their advertising on my favorite podcast. I was able to contact them via chat late at night, and was given an appointment already the next day, which was a Sunday. The technician was very knowledgeable and provided me with options. Everything was explained very well, and he was patient and answered all of my questions. He showed me each item he completed, and it was done very well and looks great. I did not need a new garage door this time, but it works like new. Very positive experience!

Mike is professional and very quick. Offers good advice without making you feel like he is just trying to up sell you. They have always been able to send a technician the day I call. We have had them come and install a new garage door motor and replace a broken spring.Would recommend 10/10

Had a cable rust out causing a "hung door" and preventing us from being able to move out a car. Needed it fixed ASAP to be able to get to work and called Precision. Everyone from the Lady who answered the phone to Jonathan the Tech who came to our home was awesome. He arrived quickly and was very thorough and explained what was needed and a few other things he recommended on our 14 year old door. Jonathan quoted me the cost before he started and I did give him approval but will say the mark up on parts and labor charge is absolutely ridiculous. If I knew how to fix it and do it myself, to buy all the parts from Home depot , the total cost for parts is $79. For parts and labor minus a $15 coupon I had from their website, they charged my $700- cannot tell you how bad I feel they took advantage of my situation. I understand the customer needs to approve the quote before they do any work, but I needed it fixed ASAP and agreed to the charges. 5 stars for everything except their profit margins.

I’ve never had a garage door repaired so I googled repair companies near me. I chose Precision for no specific reason but I’m glad I did. I called Sunday evening for an appointment and they came out the next day around noon (scheduled window was 12-2). The work was performed faster and much cheaper than I expected. I would use Precision again and would recommend them to family and friends.
