We called for a repair to a broken spring. The technician said he recommended a new door, while the motor unit still works fine, nothing wrong. Out of inconvenience our tenant, we decided to get a quote for the single door garage, the quote was on the high end, but again, we had a tenant and didn’t want multiple companies to quote, we finally settle for a new door and motor. The installation would take place in two weeks due to scheduling delay, they had the supply. The installation day went okay, however; the garage door didn’t have a handle to match all other doors in our association and the installer said he had to return another day to complete the handle and fix a feature (vacation mode) on the remote unit as it wasn’t working properly. We paid the work order in full on the day of installation. We then schedule for February 1,2024 as a day for them to put on the handle and fix anything else that didn’t work the first time. Precision invoice ADDITIONAL $108 for the handle! This invoice came after a total payment of full parts and labor for like/same garage door style as the HOA. I’ve email and asked to confirm PRIOR to them coming on February 1,2024 that the handle should be included in the total cost paid already. They send a technician out and again, I confirm prior to him doing that work that we already paid in full, which he confirmed and remembered processing payment in full! I’m frustrated with this company because they didn’t keep their word. I’m looking into calling BBB to report this incident.

I am really pleased with the service provided by Adam at Precision Garage Services. As advertised, Precision was able to provide me with same-day service. Adam arrived about 15 minutes before he was due, quickly recognized the problem, and had my door fixed within 15 minutes. All at an affordable price. Called late on a Friday for garage door repair and technician showed up 8:00 am Saturday! Prompt, courteous service and work done right. Services were sold like a franchise – lots of little add-ons and recommendations maybe not really needed which drove the bill to over $1000. I was hoping to spend less than half that for a spring repair. I typically hire the best providers with cost us the least of my concerns however I would probably shop the service again in the future. But for quality of work, very pleased.

We have a new home and our garage door opener stopped working suddenly. Needing service right way, I pulled up companies on the internet. Precision had many positive reviews by customers and credentials that gave me confidence we would be dealing with a reputable company. We called them and they were courteous and came out the next day. We were prepared to have them suggest a higher quality garage door opener but were not excited to spend more money having just moved in to our new home. Mike and his assistant were great. They shared with us all of our options(repair and replacement) after inspecting the garage door and opener and were able to make necessary adjustments not originally done and that fixed the issue without having to invest in a new system right now. They also were able to install higher quality rollers that will last far longer than the original plastic ones installed as part of the new home construction. They were transparent, honest, and amazingly professional. The experience was great and I will use Precision for my needs in the future. Thank you.

I typically prefer local companies for my household repairs, however this national company behaved like a local company. I chose them based on their high star ratings and positive comments from past customers. I reached them immediately. They promised a technician to arrive at my home within 1-3 hours of my call. He actually came within the hour. I first was texted with his name and confirmation. Then I received a second text with his photo and arrival time, as well as a phone call with his expected ETA. He arrived on the minute he said he'd be here. The work was done efficiently and thoroughly, and I trusted his analysis of what needed to be done. The door operates so quietly now, my husband comments every time he presses the button how pleased he is. There was a $20 discrepancy between the quoted price and the electronic bill I received later that day. I called, and it was adjusted without question.
