My only problem was a misaligned sensor. I could have been told to check for that over the phone. Instead i was charged a full service call that only took 5 seconds to fix. Not very fair or ethical. Not happy.

Excellent work was given several choices and repair man Mike Jolly saved me a lot of money by repairing the door panel instead of replacing panel. Also had bearings replaced that were originally installed backwards and a new weather strip installed and the prices are very reasonable. Great job and will call precision door every time I need service.

We were very pleased back in 2013 with the professionalism shown by both office and field staff when our door opener needed repair / replacing...which is why we called again today when a cable broke on our door. My wife knew about you. The service man called and told us when he would be here and he was. Very good service. Very nice and knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. The door is so quiet and smooth now. Don't hear it in the house now. We got your best repair package and he replaced a lot of parts. The spring broke so that was replaced with 2 springs. We also got new cables and new rollers. Very happy now.

Precision was able to schedule quickly and at my convenience. The technician, Mike, called to say he was on his way, arrived within the window of time I was told. He did a complete exam of my door, explained what needed to be repaired and was done in less than an hour. He was very personable, explained things in terms I understood clearly, and left me with a folder of information about my warranty. There was no pressure or overselling of products. I highly suggest anyone in need of garage door repair to give Precision a call.

This morning, my wife was rushing trying to get to work. As a routine, she pressed a garage door opener remote. No joy. About 10" was lifted up but that was it. Closed it again and gave another shot. Still no joy. So we disconnected from the opener and lifted up by hand and I let her go. I searched all the repair shops and chose the Precision. I was very pleased to choose them. I called them at around 9am and they reserved me for 11am. At exactly 1100, one guy gave me a call and showed up in 10 mins. The technician was very polite and skillful. He showed me all the options using their tablet and explained all the details to be done to me. It was all done in about an hour and he finished all his jobs completely in professional way. I have all brand new parts including cables, springs, pulleys, and some other small parts and everything is in working order. Apparently, it was so much of a relief that my garage door is opening, again. So glad to have the technician. He was exactly on time! You may think these company charge us a way too much. But they are professional. If you are the one who looks at how much it costs only, you may want to call a different company. If you are one of those who cares the quality of the jobs and their punctuality the most, you might want to consider to call this company. You won't regret it.

Precision Garage Door Service gave me excellent service. My service guy was Justin. He performed his service very efficiently replacing a new rubber sealing at the bottom of my garage door. He was very courteous and knowledgeable about the service he rendered. He recommended and also performed a lubrication on my garage door and as a result my garage door is much more quiet when opened and closed. WOW! What great service. I've already told someone to call Precision if they ever need service on their garage door. Thanks for a job well done!
