2 stars. Job was completed satisfactorily but technican tried to talk me into unnecessary repairs. I felt that the cost for this service was way out of line and extremely expensive. I will not use Precision in the future.

My only problem was a misaligned sensor. I could have been told to check for that over the phone. Instead i was charged a full service call that only took 5 seconds to fix. Not very fair or ethical. Not happy.

You should be very appreciative of the service that Frank Whitson provides your customers. He arrived ahead of time (which I was very thankful vs. sitting around for 2 hours), he was kind, helpful, non-pressure for me to commit, went beyond what was expected (made it possible for me to move my car out of the garage, closed the door as best it could be etc). The only reason I didn't commit right then is this is my first insurance claim and I have to check with Farm Bureau as to how I go about this. Wonderful employee making a terrific positive impression of your company.

5 stars - Previously used your company. The fact that Precision has 24/7 service is an absolute plus. Especially on a Sunday when you come home after morning service to find your garage door open when you are certain you closed it. After my initial call, there was a follow up call to inquire exactly what the problem was. The service rep then stated that a tech would be out at a specific time. The tech, Mike Jolly, was prompt, very cordial and did an initial inspection to determine the problem. A worn wire was the cause of the problem. Mike performed one repair, however, it did not fix the problem. Mike thought of another solution which completely fixed the problem. Mike tightened the chain which was loose and rather loud when the door opened and closed. It's very quiet when the door opens and closes now. I was very pleased with the service and will certainly call Precision again. Cost for repair was just right and fair. Mike was able to utilize materials in his tool carrier; wires, caps, etc. An extremely capable technician.

Excellent work was given several choices and repair man Mike Jolly saved me a lot of money by repairing the door panel instead of replacing panel. Also had bearings replaced that were originally installed backwards and a new weather strip installed and the prices are very reasonable. Great job and will call precision door every time I need service.

Garage door repair including springs, rollers and cables. More than I was expecting to spend but I am satisfied that the repairs were warranted. There have been some minor hiccups with the door operation since the work was done (the door did not open fully on two occasions) but they seem to have corrected themselves and I will call if the problems re-occur with the expectation that they will be covered under the lifetime warranty that I was given.

5*- I called at about 3:00 am when my son was unable to open the garage door to go to work. I placed a call to Precision and was able to schedule an appointment immediately for the same morning between 9-12. I expressed to the customer service rep I wish it could be earlier because of my work obligation. About 15 minutes later I received a call that someone could be at my home between 7 - 9 am to service the garage door opener which worked great for me!!! The service person called me and gave an ETA of 45 minutes and arrived within that time frame. He was very professional and explained what needed to be done and also showed me the multiple issues that needed to be resolved. I was very impressed with the entire process and would definitely recommend your company to others.

Chris was prompt, explained our options, and appears to have done a very good job on our repair. Everything good except that before he started we asked for a senior or AAA discount , and we understood him to say he would give us one. When I gave him a check for the originally quoted charge I forgot to ask for the discount. Is a discount still available?

Actually Joe, not too happy. When Brian arrived I was under the impression I would have a working garage door. I didn't want to ask anything else of him in fear that it would cost me $1000. What I got was a $650 torsion bar and a non-functional garage door. I had to hook the opener up to the door myself and now I am in the position of taking the chain off, adjusting it and hoping to get it to work right. So far I haven't had much luck. You get 1 Star because Brian was a nice guy and he arrived during the estimated arrival time. Not satisfied, at all. You were recommended to me but I will not be doing the same. I have already torn the sticker off the door that Brian put on there. Best Regards, Pat

Basically I picked Precision out of the phone book and I must say I am glad I did. I got a very fast response. Lou the technicians phones me about 40 minutes before he arrived. They had identification - the truck was well marked - both Lou & Cameron were very professional - they assessed the problem & told me my options. The work was completed very quickly. My wife knew about you. The service man called and told us when he would be here and he was. Very good service. Very nice and knowledgeable and efficient and friendly. The door is so quiet and smooth now. Don't hear it in the house now. We got your best repair package and he replaced a lot of parts. The spring broke so that was replaced with 2 springs. We also got new cables and new rollers. Very happy now.
