I had some issues with my garage door, with the springs and the door coming off track. I called Precision in the morning and Tito the technician arrived a earlier than the scheduled time. He did a very thorough job explaining the issue of the door, and replaced the parts that were solid and better made than what was on the door. Tito double and tripled checked the door to make sure everything was in proper order before completing the job. I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors and Tito was the best!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! Started with the office immediately answering my call and prompt scheduling. My technician Elijah showed at scheduled time. He went over my older garage door and determined the needed repairs. He was very friendly and professional, took the time to explain everything to me in layman's terms. He gave me an estimate on the spot and had all of the needed parts on the truck so he was able to do the repairs immediately. My door is now working like new! Thanks Elijah and Precision!

I easily scheduled an appointment yesterday afternoon for this morning to have our garage door repaired. It was off the track, with bent and/or broken pieces. The company representative showed up on-time, gave me a quick evaluation and estimate, and skillfully and expeditiously made the repairs, plus a couple of others that we had not planned. I was very impressed with the young man who assisted us. I would definitely use Precision again and would recommend them to my friends.

I chose PGD based on a very chat with one rep late Sunday night, July 9, 2023. The service "chat" person, Chelise, was very helpful in understanding and then assessing my issue. She immediately was then able to set up an appointment for a service rep to come the following morning, Monday, July 10. The service rep, Elijah, arrived on time, and immediately did a VG inspection of the door, assessing the problem and provided three options, ranging from a minimum "fix' (low cost and minor work) to a full-scale task that to me seemed to be the one that would provide the best fix (hopefully) of the door and one that would possibly be a permanent fix. This included new springs, an additional support cross beam, new rollers, and testing of the drive motor action. He executed the work carefully and professionally. He had an excellent work ethic and took great pride in his work. I trusted his judgment, which in this day tends not to be the norm for many workers/service providers. Needless to say, though only a day since the work was performed, I am happy with the result and hope that I never have to call for a major warranty task! Thank you, Warren C. Junium, Jr.

Almost asked tech, Elijah B, to leave as I felt mislead by the phone operator on estimate to replace springs (- 1 star), Elijah did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done (& what I could get by doing). Once he calmed me down and professionally explained the good, better, best recommendations, I went with the best. He saved the sale/repair (max stars). Phone reps should be trained better and be more honest/forthcoming.
