I needed to replace the springs and cables on my garage door due to breakage. Devin and Matthew came out to assess the repairs and provided me with several quotes for different levels of repairs. I opted for upgrading my springs and rollers. Two days later Devin returned to perform the repairs and had all updated equipment installed and door working within 2 hours. Devin was very personable and professional. I could not be happier with the repair and equipment upgrade. I would definitely would recommend Precision Doors to friends and family.

I was so impressed with the service provided to me. Starting with the nice lady that took my phone call and gave me so much info regarding my service call. The tech called me to let me know he was on his way and showed up on time. he was so nice and professional. he took the time to explain in great detail what would be required. He was also helpful by giving me his suggestions as to what I should consider to keep my garage door functioning properly in the future. I would recommend this company to all my family and friends.

I had such a wonderful experience with this company. Arranging the quote was simple and quick. The in home quote was easy to understand and quick. It took time to order the missing part, but it was worth it. It’s a perfect match and the right color. The technician was so good. He was kind, patient, and very professional. From starting at the measurements to complete install I was kept up to date on what I was buying when the doors would be in and a call or email every week to keep me updated. The door’s actually came in a week earlier then expected. They installers were friendly and informed me of total operation. Whalen they left my garage was left just like it was when they got here A++. Good job

We would highly recommend Precision Door. The Reps who came to give an estimate were helpful and courteous. There was a little wait before the door came in, but, once it was here they scheduled our appointment to install the new door and opener right away. I called on Friday to report and problem and the on call technician tried to help me reset my code over the phone. He identified i needed a service call. The technician called and was able to arrive early and let me know he was on his way. He arrived and identified the issue and replaced the keypad in 5 minutes. He was super nice, very efficient, and the service call was reasonably priced . I highly recommend Precision and hope you would get Greg Dean as your technician (He was GREAT)
