Precision was called to complete a tune up on my 2 garage doors. The experience was 5 star from the appointment to the completion of the work. The technician showed up promptly at the top of the time window of arrival and proceeded right to work. My once noisy and jerky doors were running quietly and smoothly upon completion of the job. Found my garage door spring had broken late Saturday night. We called several competitors Sunday afternoon and had to leave phone messages. We called Precision and not only did a person answer the phone, she set up an appointment for Monday morning. Repairmen showed up within the time period and had the spring replaced and garage door back in service in an hour.
