I am very happy with my new garage door. The two young men were very friendly and efficient. They cleaned up everything and made sure the door was opening & closing smoothly. Ryan Swift was amazing! He was extremely professional and very reassuring. He saved me the expense of a locksmith by being able to open the door. I researched garage door companies this morning after my garage door refused to shut and the cable came off the drum. I was impressed by the number of positive reviews for Precision Garage Door Service, so I gave them a call. The phone was quickly answered by a very courteous and helpful woman named Brinley. The window for when you should expect the technician is only two hours. Much better than other service calls where you are given a 4 hour plus window. They also send you a text when the technician is on their way, and in addition to the technician’s name and a little information about them, they include a picture. What a nice touch! My technician was Jordan Clark, and he was equally courteous and helpful. He arrived at the time I was told he would be here, checked out the problem, told me what would be required to fix the problem, and gave me an estimate. He clearly explained what needed to be done and why, and quickly fixed the problem for me. He also gave me suggestions for things I could do to minimize the risk of this occurring again, and even asked if I had ice melt handy that he could spread to keep the door from freezing to the concrete again. If you are in need of garage door service, Jordan Clark and the team at Precision Garage Door Service definitely can resolve your problems quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend them.
