Wow. I called in the morning around 10:30. The repairman was here by 11:30. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and a fast worker. He replaced a garage door opener and springs. I think he deserves 5 stars.

Technician was thorough in his explanation on what repairs needed to be done, how long they would last and why it failed again (damage to panel on garage door causing hinges to break). Going with a new garage door in the near future to resolve issue.

The men seemed knowledgeable about what they saw. It is requiring more than we expected. We would like to have a more detail billing. We did give the man a check for $500.00 but did not received a receipt. Please forward us one. The one man was more interested in charging us and didn't seem to be interested in our coupons. Our son who had Precision do work on his garage was able to get us coupons. We would like to have a detailed statement before proceeding with the work, and again a receipt for the $500.00 check. We are going to have to schedule another appointment. 3:00 to 5:00 is the best time for me and checking on the afternoon because I have to check my schedule to see which is the best. Also, one mentioned it could be up to two weeks before an appointment could be made. He also indicated that it would take a lot of time to do the work. I don't like having my car outside too long. Any suggestions and considerations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Clyde/Maryanne

Would just like to say thank you to you guys. It was completely amazing that there was a guy available and at my house approximately 25 minutes after I called on a Saturday. Matt showed up very professional and knew everything he was doing. Very thankful that he was the guy that showed up. I couldn't ask for a better person to do the repair that was needed. Seems very honest, knowledgeable and quick at what he did. I will be recommending to others for sure. Especially Matt. Thank you again.
