Thomas came out and gave us three quotes for fixing and service if garage door. Gave us a choice without pressuring us to select the one that cost the most. After we decided on which one we wanted, Thomas got on the job and finished quickly. I would use precision overhead doors again and highly recommend them to anyone that needs overhead doors fixed.

My garage door came off its track and I had issues with the cables and I called precision and they were able to come out the next day, when they stated they would, and fix it very quickly. The price was much cheaper than I had anticipated, and there was no up sales attempted. I will use this company for all of my future needs. Thank you John!!!

I purchased the Amarr Carriage insulated double wide garage door with a Liftmaster belt drive opener. I had a very good experience with this company and we love our new garage door. The old door wore out prematurely due to poor installation by the builder in 2000. So I am the first one to replace a garage door in our neighborhood and we have received a lot of complements on it. We also have apps on our phones to operate the door opener which is cool. I still can't get over the fact that one guy did all the work in around 4 hours. I was very impressed with Steven's professionalism and attention to detail. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their garage door replaced.

When speaking with this company I was told spring pricing ranged from $108 to $148, and that the $48 service fee would be waived if they completed the job costing greater than $100. They did waive the $48 but conveniently added $65 for one hour labor, of which was not mentioned during the phone conversation. Also, the repairman informed us that the particular spring we needed cost $208, and that the total cost of the job would be $313. When I responded that he should leave, he reduced the cost of the spring by $60 since $148 was the most expensive cost I was quoted. The young man, Brent, was very personable and did a great job, this his rating would definitely be 5 stars. I feel the company was very misleading with their quote. I do not appreciate not being told ALL the details right up front, thus Precision making the repairman look like the bad guy. Obviously I will not call Precision again. Very disappointing experience.
