Help was on the way the same day within in hours of my call… The service rep was kind, on time, knowledgeable, gave me an estimate before beginning the job and explained everything that was going to be done. We had the most wonderful experience with Precision! I called at 3:45pm on a Sunday and a technician was here by 4:30pm. The receptionist couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating! I appreciated the email they sent confirming our appointment window and especially that they included pictures and bios of their technicians. Our technician, Mike, called 30 minutes before he arrived (like the receptionist said he would) and was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. After completely assessing our damage, he gave us an estimate and once the work was done, the invoice was actually less. He was careful with salvaging what he could and even explained to what the issues were. He also fixed our garage remote which hadn't been working in 6 years! I can't say enough wonderful things about this company and will definitely be recommending them!
