We called a couple different local garage door repair companies with no response. I texted precision on Wednesday afternoon with their online chat tool & Thursday morning by 11 we had the completed new motor, roller, spring, rebuild we needed installed & working like new. Very impressed with Pineapple & his workmanship! Thx!

If I could give 0 stars, that would be more appropriate. The technician came to my home today and I told him what the issues were. He looked over my system and said it would be $599 to replace 1 safety sensor and to replace the circuit board, which is not bad. I said absolutely not. I could buy a brand new system alot cheaper. He left after charging me $59 to look at my system. I went to Home Dept and bought the safety sensor for less than $40. I new my circuit board wasn't bad so I switched the wall consoles around and IT WORKS. I will have to buy a new wall console, it cost $28 on Amazon. So for $68 I fixed it myself.

Service tech called me said he checked opener and two bolts had come off opener and stated I needed a new opener. I asked how soon I could schedule anew one. He said he had one on truck and would install if I authorized the same day. I said I would get back at s later date. I looked at it installed the two bolts that dropped out, it is still working three months later. Service tech must make commission on sales, it appears he only wanted to sell a new one and not repair my existing garage opener.

All of our calls are recorded so we did go back to listen and verify what was requested. You did discuss repairing and or replacing a motor and you also wanted a quote to replace two garage doors. The technician could have easily replaced bolts for you, but per the inspection he performed on the motor, it had a short or would burn out, which is likely why you were receiving the error message you called about. Whether the technician works on commission or not, they inspect your door/motor and provide you with the options to repair or replace your door/motor. If the customer decides to not go with the recommendations, that is completely fine, we will never pressure a customer into doing business with us. We are happy to hear that your motor is still functioning and we're always here if you need us. Please let us know if you need help replacing the doors.

Anthony came at the time he said he would and completed in the time he said it would take. Half the time I watched how he did the install and it made me realize that having someone knowledgeable do the installation vs myself trying to tackle installation was worth it. It is worth getting professional installation and quality workmanship. Warranty as well.

Thank you so much for your business and feedback, but we are very sorry to hear about this after the job was done. We would have loved to have heard about this at the time it happened so we could have taken care of it right then. Unfortunately, there are times when a technician will miss the stud and multiple holes are made in an attempt to find it, but we always get the issue repaired. We have no problem calling in a specialist if it's needed to repair sheetrock, as we have done that in the past. Since we are unable to look up your account to review anything about your job as there is no name on this complaint, we can't call you directly to discuss this matter or make sure all is corrected. As for the non working outlet, we do not do any electrical work, but if an opener was installed, the technician has to make sure it works and will demonstrate the working motor for the customer so the outlet would have had to have been working at the time of install. Again, we have no way of contacting you but we would love to hear from you so we can get any issues resolved. We never want our customers to feel as though they were given second rate work as that is not how we run our company, which is evident by all of our 5 star reviews.
