Attitude and tried to price us for something we didnt need. When i got a ridiculous price and said it wont be today, i got the, " well how much were you actually expecting to pay?" That told me right there that i was being priced based on him most likely making commission and he wanted it to be worth his time. In addition to whoever he was yelling at over the phone- he made it clear that he was "wasting his time here". Disgustingly rude and unprofessional.

Precision was excellent from the moment I contacted them. Chris answered all my questions, gave me an estimate of the cost of the door and new motor installed, which other companies would not do. Their representative, Brandon, was prompt, personable, professional, and provided me with a written estimate. The new door arrived earlier than expected and was installed by Kevin and his assistant yesterday. They were so efficient, taking only 3 hours to remove the old door and tracks and install the new one, instructed me to lubricate it three to four times a year, and placed insulation and caulked around the new door making sure it was tightly sealed. Everyone at Precision works as a team to make sure you get the product that is right for your home and that the installation is perfect. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replacement.

I am a little concerned that I was orginally quoted $1600, then it jumped up to $2000, then $2200, and finally at $2000+ again. The door I am getting according to the salesman should be in stock and a 2-4 day install time. I am looking at 2 weeks which is hard as I am having my house painted soon.

I recently had a new garage door installed by Precision. Since the installer was here from about 4:30 to 9 pm he did not program the vehicle opener to the new garage door opener. I tried to do it myself but Fat Fingered it and got everything so messed up the door and opener went into failsafe mode. Another service call and a great guy came out and reprogrammed everything for me including my vehicles. Thank you!

Yesterday, I encountered an issue with my garage door and identified that the spring needed replacement. Spotting a sticker on my garage door with this company's phone number, I decided to reach out. Upon inquiry about the cost of spring replacement, I was informed it would range between $100 to $400, prompting me to schedule a service for the following day. The service window provided was from 8:30 am to 12 pm. However, the lack of communication led to us having to call twice just to confirm their arrival. At noon, we received a call stating they would arrive in 20 minutes. As a result, my wife wasted approximately four hours waiting with no updates. When the technician finally arrived, he presented us with options ranging from $800.00, significantly higher than the initially quoted range. We expressed our dissatisfaction and disbelief, as we were assured a price between $100 to $400. The technician then offered a lower price of $400, but it still exceeded the original quote. Feeling trapped due to my wife being locked in the garage, we reluctantly agreed to proceed with the repair. However, the poor communication and the attempt to justify the significant price difference left us deeply dissatisfied. We expected transparency and honesty in pricing, not arbitrary changes and inflated costs. Consequently, we will not be returning as customers and cannot in good conscience recommend this service to others.

Just did a one year maintenance checkup. Charged $89/per door. I had two doors. Then I asked for you to program a new (single) garage door opener as a backup. Holy shit! You charged me $150 for a simple program to my garage door? Good to know. I will NEVER use you all again. EVER! You have competition out there peeps, and I will use them going forward. Everybody I worked with or talked to was great, installers and salesmen. I requested an extremely quiet door opener and was sold one that rattles when closing. That’s my only issue. I was told it’s called the “genie stutter” and is common among genie door openers. I just wish I was told this prior to purchasing.
