Although we got off to a rough start, Precision Garage Doors rectified the issue expeditiously. Sales rep. offered Friday installation; however, office had no appointment for Friday. Called the office to find out that we were not scheduled for Friday. Paige called us back and rescheduled for Monday. We appreciated management calling to enquire and rectify the issue. On Monday the installer Craig called to say he would be coming earlier than scheduled. We were elated about this change. Craig was an excellent installer; he knew his product and did the job in excellence. He also instructed us how to maintain the garage door on a quarterly basis to keep it lubricated. Precision management and staff thank you for acknowledging the snag and making it good. You demonstrated that the customer comes first and is important to your business. A job well done. We will recommend you to others.

Juan called prior to arriving. He arrived on time and at the beginning of the appointment block. The garage door had a busted spring. Juan was very thorough and complete in explaining that one spring was insufficient for the weight of a 16'x7' door, that the end bearings were shot, that the center bearing was plastic, and one of the two tension lift cables was frayed. Juan was patient while I called a competitor for price comparison. After some discussion, an agreed upon price was established. In less than an hour of labor, Juan cleaned up the work area and removed all replaced materials. I would call Precision Garage Door Service again because Juan arrived when he said he would, he was professional, and he's a courteous ambassador for his company.

We had been talking about replacing our old wooden door for some time when the spring broke. A neighbor recommended Precision. We looked at door options on their site and called about the spring. Jack Mickelson arrived on time and quoted a repair for the spring. When I told him we had been looking at doors he was able to quickly quote options that suited our budget. He also provided us with a temporary fix for the spring while we waited for the new door to come in. The door arrived much sooner than the estimate we were given and an appointment for Travis Plemmons to install it was available in days. Like Jack, he was on time, friendly and made sure he was giving us what we were looking for. My wife and I are very pleased with the service we got from both Jack and Travis and the quality of the new door. Thank you!

I had purchased my home in July 2023. I was leaving for work and my garage door malfunctioned and came off the track. I managed to get my vehicle out of the garage. I called Precision and they were courteous and attentive to what I needed. I work in the healthcare industry with patients. They sent Aaron over in about an hour. He did an assessment of what was happening with my garage door and gave me 3 options with the costs. I chose the option that was best for me and within an hour, Aaron had my door fixed and running back on track with replaced parts that were needed for a 20 year old door. He was professional, and efficient! Definitely my HERO for the day! I left for work with confidence that the door is fixed and no future issues. Precision is the only garage door service we will use since we purchased our home six years ago. Our garage door was not closing (opening once it got to the eyes, but nothing was blocking them). I presumed that they were out of alignment, but not sure how to re-align them myself. I did find a "work around" to get it closed (hold the button down continuously), but that was not going to be a long term practical solution. I was surprised that a technician was scheduled for Sunday. Aaron Page was our technician. He called before he was headed our way and was very polite and quickly identified the problem, which was indeed the alignment and fixed it. He's the third person in six years I've had the pleasure of working with. It's rare to find a company these days where you can be confident that no matter who they send - you're going to have the same great experience. Thank you Aaron for identifying and fixing our problem quickly and efficiently!
