Precision was contacted to replace a damaged garage door based on our earlier experience in replacing two double garage doors. When calling in, the customer service representative was pleasant and asked about our needs. I explained a friend, the night before inadvertently put their car in a wrong gear. their car plowed forward crushing the door that was down. She immediately went into high gear asking more questions and taking notes, then indicating, a technician would be onsite with of a matter of a few hours. Normally it might take days to a week. Within minutes Aaron, their field technician, called indicating he would be at the house in 10-15. He arrived early. Responsiveness from both the on-duty CSR and Aaron was superb. Once Aaron assessed the damages, he indicated the only solution would be to replace the entire door. He took measurements and worked to get us the best price possible price. We appreciate his professionalism and willingness to help. Aaron also secured the damaged door at our request so we could enter and leave the garage while we wait for the replacement. We appreciate the prompt assistance from Precision and its employees. Note both our cars were in accessible, were it not for the help from Aaron. .

Your service was a rip off. Operator said $59 for service Technician said $80 I was charged $105 for 5 to 10 minutes of work She aligned the sensors at the bottom of the door. Why would I do business with you in the future?

We received excellent service from you emergency tech, garage door installer, and repair tech. We had quick response to our emergency call from a broken door. The installer was efficient and through. We needed a small adjustment done and the repair tech came quickly and fixed the problem. Our only complaint was that we had to wait three weeks for our specific door to come in to Precision.

Service person actually showed up earlier than scheduled. I had one broken spring and he advised me that BOTH needed to be replaced at the same time. I don't know if that is true but I authorized him to replace both garage door springs. He was finished with the job in less than 15 minutes. My only complaint was the attempted "up-charge" options of which there were a total of FIVE(5) options given to me. Ranged all the way up to over $1600. I have to "assume" that everyone in this business does this? Previous experience with Dustin a while back impressed me as he was one of the nicest and most honest person I have dealt with. Garage door working again! Yay!

I was very disappointed. The price quoted was double what I got my torsion springs fixed for which was $203 by another company and the springs where superior to what Precision quoted at $500 dollars. When I called the lady taking my call said spring install ran around 189 dollars. I had to pay a 59 dollar service call for a rip off double price estimate from Precision. Before he left he said he could knock off 100 dollars. I refused because price was still 300 dollars higher than reputable competitor. I hate I am out of $59 for a service call which took 5 minutes for an outrageous price quote. Do not use this company. Smoking mirrors !!!

My neighbor was having their garage door repaired , whereupon I asked the repairman to check mine as I was having problems. David Sweeney promptly and efficiently explained my weakened springs system as a diagnosis. I contracted to replace said springs and a damaged door lift bracket. The work was done to my total satisfaction and in a fast manner. He also lubricated and cleaned the rollers.

I had a garage door that seemed to be sticking. I though it was the rollers but turned out to be a paint issue. The technician fixed this problem for me at no charge and while he was there I had him replace my metal rollers with new Teflon/rubber and they worked great. The door is smooth and the noise is reduced greatly. Great company and great technician.
