Precision was excellent from the moment I contacted them. Chris answered all my questions, gave me an estimate of the cost of the door and new motor installed, which other companies would not do. Their representative, Brandon, was prompt, personable, professional, and provided me with a written estimate. The new door arrived earlier than expected and was installed by Kevin and his assistant yesterday. They were so efficient, taking only 3 hours to remove the old door and tracks and install the new one, instructed me to lubricate it three to four times a year, and placed insulation and caulked around the new door making sure it was tightly sealed. Everyone at Precision works as a team to make sure you get the product that is right for your home and that the installation is perfect. It was a pleasure doing business with them and I will not hesitate to recommend Precision to anyone who needs a garage door repair or replacement.

Called at 10am and the phone receptionist was courteous and professional. She stated a technician would be out between 12-4 pm. Joseph the technician , called me to let me know he was on his way in half hour and arrived at 11:15am. Quick assessment of the situation and appraisal of cost. Work done quickly. All done by 1pm the day before Thanksgiving. From problem to resolution in less than 4 hours! I am grateful !

The tech called 60 min b4 arrival. Diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. We chose Precision because we had used them previously and were impressed by their service. Shannon Webster came out initially and appraised our problem and offered us a quote on new opener. He took considerable time to explain what was wrong and what needed to be done, not just on the door we were dealing with, but our other 2 garage doors. He came back the next day and installed a new unit in about 1.5 hours. He arrived when he said he would, was VERY professional and courteous, as well as an excellent technician....5 stars easily!

Outstanding service by a knowledgeable professional! Ryan H. promptly responded to an emergency service call on a Saturday afternoon. It only took him an hour and half from when he arrived to when he was finished. During the 90 minutes, Ryan quickly identified the problem, fabricated the required part, fixed the garage door tracking, installed the springs, and replaced all the roller pins. The garage door operates better than it did before. I definitely recommend and endorse Precision Garage Door to anyone needing their service! Ask for Ryan H. by name.

My garage door was partially disconnected from the metal frame. Your technician, Paulino Urias, quickly situated it so that the door would move up or down so that we could keep it on tract until repaired. He explained the difference between repairing this old door and purchasing a new door. We chose a new door and Urias explained and prepared the invoice. Solomon Kim, your technician, arrived 3 days after with the new door and all the parts to go with it. He installed the door within 4 hours. And then answered any questions we had about openers, remote openers, app, etc. Both technicians were very knowledgeable re garage doors.

Could not have been more pleased with our service. Received call that he was available hours before original time. Upon arrival discovered that our unit was so old parts were no longer available would have to install a replacement unit. To our surprise expecting it to take hours, the new unit was completely installed and working before the original arrival time. Now after a week of using the new opener we are totally please with the outcome. Although we had not expected to have to purchase a totally new unit, we are very satisfied with the results.

Did we meet your expectations? Better than I'd hoped! Did we solve your problem? Absolutely! Were the people who represent our company courteous and professional? Shannon Webster was both courteous and professional, despite it was a Sunday night. Were they helpful? Thoroughly! Was there anything in our advertising that gave you more confidence (e.g., Quick response, Local, BBB rated)? Excellent web site, pix of technicians, reviews and the fact that you had emergency service. Mr. Webster quickly diagnosed the issue (a failed circuit board) in one of the two LiftMaster units installed in our garage. He did such a great job, we soon will ask that he return to replace the second unit. Both were installed early in 2001. Previously we've used another garage door company that I discovered is not available on an emergency basis such as a Sunday and after normal hours. Based on yesterday's experience with Shannon Webster, we are now Precision customers!

I had a great team who installed my new garage door and opener. Having never seen a new garage door installed, they were accepting of me watching - and I was impressed at the teamwork and precision in which they operated. They didn't waste any time but took the time to fine tune the opener and door to assure they worked smoothly, loosening or tightening the spring as needed. I am a DIY'er, but installing a garage door is not a job I have, or will tackle. These guys knew what they were doing and I felt like I was well taken care of. Plus, I had fun opening and closing my garage door the rest of the day - and was amazed at how quietly and smoothly it operated. I was hesitant at first to spend the money for a new garage door, but it made the house look great and such a difference in operation, I am convinced it was money well spent!
