William did an incredible job. Darn much faster than I thought it would be. We changed the motor to a belt drive, changed all of the rollers and have the spring replaced. You don't even hear the garage when it goes up. It's a nice motor with a camera. The workmanship is professional.

I checked for "Garage door repair near me" using Google, and checked a few of the sites. But when I saw that Precision Garage Door had excellent reviews and was a BBB Member I was confident they were the company to call. I was very impressed with the thorough check of my garage door when the technician arrived. While I knew I had a broken spring, it was nice that a complete inspection was done. There were three options - fix the immediate issue, fix the immediate issue and some other potential issues, or fix/replace anything that might fail due to the age of the door. No high pressure sales tactics, just a thorough review of the potential options based on the existing issues and a preventative strike. Very satisfied with the review and completed work. I am a very satisfied customer, and will give Precision Door a call if I need future work.

William installed battery mask up as garage door wouldn't stay down. Also an updated key pad. He was very professional, but friendly and prompt. Precision installed the door five years ago and this was the first issue. Highly recommend.
