Alex the technician called and told me exactly when he would arrive, and he did. He looked at every part and operated the door. He was very methodical in his analysis and described in detail what it would take to make my door operate as if new. He shared the cost of each item and was very specific as to what was included. He gave me a couple of options; I made my decision and he went to work. In less than an hour he was explaining the operation of my new opener, the remotes and security mode. I do not normally respond to request for a recommendation, Alex is an exception.

William and his trainee did a fantastic job. The former homeowner did a horrible job installing the garage door opener and springs. It sounded like a train wreck and the door jumped back and forth on the rails. In addition, it was dangerous. Now it is perfect. The only sound we hear is from the motor. The door is perfectly balanced. The torsion spring is amazing. Thank you gentlemen for your exceptional work.
