Our garage door opener quit working and then the spring broke. We called Precision and they came out the next day. It was not an emergency for us as we had one car outside the garage. John was our repairman. He was very helpful and courteous. He knows garage doors! He quickly priced out 3 options for us. We chose to have the spring replaced and replace our 17 year-old opener. John had everything repaired and replaced quickly and we are very pleased with his work. We would highly recommend this company and especially John.

I chose Precision because they offered the most immediate service. They also have the many commercials on TV which is a reminder of their services. The technician who fixed my garage door was Matt Jones. He was excellent. He answered all my questions, worked neatly & efficiently and was very professional. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Precision again should there be a need for garage service.

Precision did a great job I had an issue with my garage door & they were able to come out very quickly. Matt Jones explained the issue & what the cause was. He was very nice & professional. The office staff when I called to explain the issue also were nice & professional. Would highly recommend them for any repairs needed or any new intstallations. I was recommended from one of my friends they had installed a new hurricane garage door. Also another added bonus they are able to come out on the weekends if needed.

I Called to schedule appointment and described in some detail that only bottom of garage door was damaged and needed repair. Woman who took my call never asked what name was of original garage door manufacturer. When salesman (not repairman) arrived, he started to hand me a detailed brochure stating that there were many garage doors to choose from. When I explained we just needed bottom of door repaired, he stated that Precision only repaired their doors and could only offer a replacement door. Thanks for wasting my time, I could have had a different company out to inspect door for repair had person who set appointment was trained to ask who original manufacturer was and advise that repair couldn’t be done by Precision.

After calling the company that originally installed our gargage door opener and speaking to a nasty operator, saying they were weeks out on appointments I researched and found Precision. I called and got a lovely customer service representative saying that they could service us between 4pm - 6pm. I was thrilled! Best Google search I ever did! Mark was absolutley fantastic, figured out the problem in under a mintue. Mark informed me of our options along with pricing details and completed the job, pleasantly and efficiently! I highly recommend Precision !!!

The service we received from Alex Reich was nothing short of outstanding. Our garage door opener ceased to operate after hurricane Ian and needed to be replaced. Alex performed diagnostic tests and determined our old unit did not function. Replacement with a new LiftMaster unit was done on site.
