Recently one of my garage door torsion springs broke. I contacted Precision Door Service to request a bid to repair/replace the torsion spring. The following day technician Austin arrived at our home and made a thorough inspection of the operation and safety of our garage door. Please keep in mind our garage door is twenty-four years old!! Austin reviewed his findings with me in great detail, recommending several things that needed addressed. The same day technician Thomas arrived and began the restoration process of our garage door system. Both Austin and Thomas were very courteous and professional, and it was quite obvious they knew what they were doing. I have no problem recommending Precision Door Service to family and friends.

As always (I have used Precision before), they arrived ahead of appointment time (after calling to make sure it was ok) and both technicians were pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Kerry Avant And Jaylen Blackman evaluated the existing door system and identified issues—they presented clear and justified explanations for the four options to repair. I elected the belt drive system for the quiet operation. They had the opener swapped out, all upgrades to the door installed, and fully tested within two hours as estimated before beginning. Thanks to both young men and their efforts today.

I chose Precision because they had a good rating and they could come out the same day I called. They showed up on time. The technician, Jacob, was very friendly and explained exactly what he was going to do. He came back the next day and rebuilt my garage door. I was amazed how quiet it is now.
