Brian was here on time. He diagnosed my problem as a defective Chamberlain Garage door opener. He recommended 3 replacement options from low-priced store-bought opener to two Liftmasters that he had on his truck. He explain all options fully and expertly. The tech figured out the problem and had it fixed in 10 minutes. He even fixed the drooping door seal for me. Now when I called to set up the appointment, I asked if they did military discount and I was told yes, 10% and a note would be put in for the tech. Well, I guess the tech didn't get the note, and my wife forgot, but I really don't care. The tech knew what he was doing and he did a awesome job! Thanks for the help! Had a problem with the door opener. My technician, Jake Reed, arrived sooner than expected, but within the time window given at scheduling. Jake almost immediately figured out what the problem was, a minor adjustment, and took care of it. Jake noted some potential issues for the door going forward, and wrote up an itemized estimate to address them. There was no "hard sell", just suggestion, and itemized estimates. If in the future, I find myself using Precision Door Service, I will certainly be requesting Jake Reed, to be my service technician.

I live in Dothan, AL and own the home that was service in Panama City Beach. There are no garage door service companies in Dothan. I googled Panama City Beach for service companies and (2) 5 star companies came up. Precision was second. The first company never return my call, thus the call to Precision. Spoke to Katrina who explained the procedure and cost estimate for repairs. I set up and appointment for two days out and Corey Meyers was my tech. He showed up on time, made an evaluation with an estimate and had replacement parts with him. The whole procedure took about an hour which included replacing broken parts, service door and lubrication. Corey was polite, knowledgeable and efficient in his work. I was satisfied with the work, cost and excellent service. I will recommend you anyone who has a prooblem.

My elderly father's garage door spring broke not allowing him to get his car out to run to the base for his medication Wednesday late afternoon. I got on the phone and tried several companies none of which I found to be located in FWB/M.E. area which I thought I really needed for quick service. Precision was the only one that actually answered the call(two others did return my calls that day) and was able to set us up an appointment that next morning. Technician Jaylen arrived on time with a positive and friendly attitude ready to correct our issue. After a thorough evaluation he presented us a few options to consider much to do with length of warranty and amount of parts that could be replaced but also the minimum if just wanted back in operation at lowest cost. Once he began the work he seems very knowledgeable and experienced and was able to complete in under an hour with great results. I had also used Precision to install a hurricane grade door in a house in Shalimar and few years back and my daughter also had a door installed all with exceptional results. As for my experience. Was quoted several prices based on what technicians saw. The first was for a so called "band aide" fix to get door working again. A second quote for for several items they said should be replaced. And a final for all kinds of other items. I selected the second quote since I thought it was fair considering wheels had not been replaced for 20 years and did not want a "band aide" fix. I was called out about 15 minutes later and was told that the springs were not the same size and needed to be replaced. I told them it was funny since it was Precision that replaced it when it broke a couple of years ago. I was first told that I didn't have them replaced by Precision because it didn't show on their device showing it. I told them again that it was Precision and then they found it. I asked why I was given wrong size in 2018 and they could not answer understandably. They said they would replace them for free and also took off more money for the miscommunication and them not catching it during initial inspection. If I had not selected Precision and another company told me I had the wrong size springs it would have really irked me and cost a lot more. At least they fixed my garage door and excepted responsibility for wrong size springs being done in 2018. It does make we wonder though and will never use Precision again.

Main garage spring broke. I am guessing all of my home's garage door components are 20-25 years old. I had them replace the main spring, roller wheels and the door opener/keypad. I had an appointment for 2-4 pm. They called and said they were running early and asked if they could come early, around 11 am, and since I was home I accepted the earlier time. The technicians were both professional, knowledgeable, and had everything repaired/replaced in about 2 hours. I would definitely recommend them. Thanks!
