We are thrilled with Precision! Their website and reviews impressed me and they came out within hours after we called them. Justin on the phone was fantastic. Rob came out to inspect, assess, and discuss the issues and give us options and estimates. He did not try to up-sell or push us. He was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, professional, and experienced. We decided to proceed (our door was horribly noisy) so Cameron arrived within minutes and did a fantastic job installing all new parts, motor, and opener; he was also knowledgeable, professional, and kind. We love the new motor and parts. The follow-up is incredible, and they even sent us before and after pictures with the inspection report. Their level of professionalism and thoroughness is unparalleled. Everything works like a dream after 3 other vendors did everything wrong. Precision was beyond our expectations and nothing short of awesome! I'd never call anyone else and I highly recommend them.

Amazing service! Came out same day, and basically gave us a brand new garage door. Our spring snapped, so that was replaced they also replaced the rollers, drums, cables, and weather seal. The only original parts left were the motor, and door panels. Greg did our assessment and invoice and managed to give us a discount on some services. Nick did the install and did a superb job. This company, is timely, couristy seems on the for front. clean, not to expensive, but higher in cost than other quotes. simply for the fact, they replace, rather than asjust or try to rig the worn out componets. we highly recoment them. below they do not have listed under the product. we had our door, totaly rebuildt. springs, cable, support bracket, motoer and belt drive. we paid about 1,500 us dollars, took him Rob all most three hours. We are very happy with the up grade.

Wow, Great service. Called and they arrive within a little more than an hour. 2 hours later I had the quietest running garage door I had ever heard. Technician Dylan was outstanding.
