I was very impressed with the service, extended to me and explanation of how the door works and how I can troubleshoot myself in finding error codes. My service man also reinforced the brackets on all panels. He also showed me why the door would stick some time and how to prevent it. I understand much better how the door works. How and where to lubricate it as needed and if I have any questions at all, not to hesitate to call and how long my warranty lasts. I'm a recurring customer of Precision and have always had superior service from them. I recently had the door bracket that the opener is attached to fail rendering the door unusable.
