I'm a recurring customer of Precision and have always had superior service from them. I recently had the door bracket that the opener is attached to fail rendering the door unusable. I called then for service hoping to at least get some help within a day or so. Their response was immediate and the technician, Nate Lewis, was at my home in less than an hour. He was the consummate professional and a very pleasant person to deal with. He had the prtoblem solved and r epaired in less than an hour. Tim explained that Precision uses a Torsion system as opposed to the Torque Master system. I told him that the Torque master system was brand new. Tim installed the new belt, rollers and adjusted the spring. At this time, my motor is fine and does not need to be replaced. My door is much quieter than before.

Came home on a Friday to a broken lift spring on the garage door. Searched the neighborhood Facebook page, with everyone recommending Precision Door. I went to the webpage, used the chat function to set up a service call for Saturday! THE NEXT DAY! Wes, the technician called prior to arrival, which was a 1/2 hour early by the way! VERY professional and courteous. He explained all options. Required or needed, suggestions, warranties, etc. I agreed to the work, 45 minutes later the door was working. And quietly! He even lubed all the hinges and rollers to quiet the door. Definitely would recommend to friends and others. Thank you for the quick, hassle-free service.

Outstanding same day service. Really a pain when the 30 year old garage opener died for my primary access thru garage. Service Rep KB Byelan informed me of expected arrival time, arrived 10 minutes early and was finished in an hour including programming remotes, outside key pad and explaining operation, warranty, and steps / contact for any assistance. This is a really nice system. Great company. Heck KB’s service pickup was a new top model decked out in business logo that showed attention to detail and a class act presentation of their company, much less comfort to employees.
