Garage door is having issues, so I called to schedule service. I was able to get an appointment the same day, and Technician came out earlier than promised which was great. Unfortunately they are not authorized to work on the Wayne Dalton spring that I have, and the only option offered was to pay $700+ to switch spring systems. Ended up paying a $49 service fee, and will have to call a Wayne Dalton authorized dealer. Technician mentioned that most homes have Wayne Dalton these days, I wish they would have mentioned that over the phone, it would have saved me $49.

Did business for years with another company. Service was up and down. Finally gave up on them and called Precision late yesterday. They had a technician at my house by 9:00am today. In a word... AWESOME! Called on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend and got an appointment for the next day... technician (Reggie Davis) came out the next morning (right on time) and took care of our problem (spring adjustment and adjustment of travel limits). No attempt to up sell me on anything, but warned that my springs and opener may be reaching end of life in the next few years. When they do go, I'll definitely be calling on Precision to take care of us!

Wow!!! Frank corrected so many things with the garage doors on our newly purchased home. He got both doors opening without any noise. He replaced all wheels and used the appropriate lubricant. He got the remote to work along with the wall mounted buttons and he also fixed the code panel to work accurately!!! Further, he did so in a very professional and personable way. Tech did a good job of installing the Gold package, which included everything I needed to bring the door up to good working order. I did have a broken spring, so the timing of the repair was perfect. The tech explained what he was going to do, why and he did it. The tech made necessary adjustments and install and the door is now operating a whole lot better (80 percent). The tech gave good advice about codes and maintenance of the door, motor and rail. Thanks Precision Garage Door from two satisfied customers!

Having used Precision Door in the past they were my first call this morning when one of the springs on the door broke last evening. The call was handled professionally and a technician was scheduled for 10am. As promised Nate called to say he finished his prior service call early and would arrive early for the appointment. He was thorough and courteous explaining the repair. He actually finished the repair before his original scheduled arrival time.
