We came home at the end of a trying day to find our garage door not opening. After verifying that the circuit breaker was still on, my husband called your company. They were able to come out the same evening and install a new opener, rails, support, wall unit, 2 new eyes for the door, oiled the rollers & balanced the doors and link our car mirror to the new opener. On 1/29/2016 Precision Garage Door replaced the Springs on both my Garage doors, so when I needed to replace both my 17 year old Garage Door Openers I called them again. On 04/13/2023, Bryan called and was able to start work earlier than scheduled. He and his trainee removed both of my old obsolete Garage door openers, and installed two new Garage door openers & accessories. Also replaced the bottom seals on both doors and lubricated the door hinges, rollers & cables. My Doors never ran this smoothly and they are so quiet too! Bryan is a true professional, his attention to detail during and after installation was very much appreciated. Very hard to find workers that care enough to do the job right the first time. Technician quickly identified problem—faulty travel control module—replaced module (the part was conveniently stored in his truck), tightened the springs, checked pulleys, cables, wheels and axels then lubricated all moving parts and trolly track. Precision Garage Doors installed our hurricane garage door in 2018. Because of some features in the building of our garage, installation was tricky, but they figured it out & we ended up with a beautiful, sturdy garage door. After an accident with the door on February of 2023, the roller came off the track & the door wouldn't close. I called at 5:30pm & was pleasantly surprised when the phone was answered by a person! By 6:00 the repair man was at our house & expertly repaired, then serviced our door. We couldn't be more pleased with this company, We highly recommend them!

I have used precision Door the whole time we've been here. Our 1st house they replaced the garage door opener and did an overhaul on the garage door. That was about 10 years ago.
