Sergio was very nice and professional and honest and I thank him for that! However, when I called to make the appointment I said that I have a D & D garage door and explained what the problem was. Your company does not have the proper replacement parts. It would have been nice if the person answering the phone knew that. I just flushed $79.95 down the toilet. I am a senior citizen on a fixed income and $79.95 is a lot of $ for me. I guess your company needed that money more than I did….I feel like I have been taken advantage of and I don’t appreciate that!!!

Used them twice in past few years for new springs, rollers, track adjustments, etc. Thought they did good job. Called them back this week for a service call (garage door banging, creaking, etc.) ... was told service call was $79. Tech looked it over, spent (literally) 4 minutes applying some lubrications and charged me $159 ($79 plus another $80 for lube job)! Totally unreasonable! They've lost me forever! Burn me once... etc!

Awesome customer service and the installer is also professional and very kind. there was a mistake with my original install that was noticed a few weeks later. Noting major, just a wrong part. When I called, they insisted on having the manager call me back personally. When he did call back, he immediately apologized and said it was an oversight on his part. He sent the installer out asap to fix the issue. This company is great. I really appreciate their professionalism.

Precision was able to schedule me quickly. Their technician was a really good guy…worked hard for several hours on a hot, muggy day. I wanted a new bottom seal, and I knew he would find other issues through his inspection. Sure enough, my lift spring was out of adjustment, my rollers were worn and one of my cables was fraying. So he fixed everything and I was very happy with the price. Glad I picked these guys…I’ll call them again if I ever have a problem with my garage door.

They schedule us a fast appointment, arrived right on time and completed the task on a Sunday. Mike, the service tech, arrived on time and was very knowledgeable and polite. He completed our requested spring repair, and was thorough and efficient. He also discovered and fix the broken wire that was causing the sensors to work intermittently at no additional cost! Mike also suggested helpful maintenance advice that homeowners could preform to extent the life of the garage system- He gave us a complete over view of what we could expect from our older garage door and what to expect in maintenance for the future. This is a very well managed company that hired the right people for each task. We will definitely be referring them to our family and neighbors. Thank you again for a job well done!
