We have used Precision for our garage door repairs for years, and they were the first call we made when it was time for new doors. The install went very smoothly, and while there was slight damage to one panel, they immediately ordered a replacement to fix the problem. My garage sensors had to be replaced. I have bought the part which was used and still had to pay 200$ for it. Service was great, however I think it’s totally overpriced as this job will take 15 mins to do. I had in the past someone coming to my old location in NY and charged MUCH less for the same job!

A TOTAL SCAM!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!! Technician was kind and did a great job but we were backed into a corner and needed the repair done quickly. I really wish we had waited and done our homework, as the repair cost $800.00 to replace springs! When I looked up the cost of the parts after the repair, should have been hundreds less, including labor. I'm kicking myself that I didn't send the technician away and get another bid! I e-mailed their corporate office with a complaint and got no reply...surprise, surprise! I'll be even more surprised if they post this review, as there are only positive reviews on their website. Surprise, again!

The service was performed only 2 days ago So i cannot comment on The efficiency of The new motor and The repairing itself, however Your technitian , Carlos Ortiz, could have not been nicer. Polite, communicative, patient, well mannered respectful . The spring on my garage door broke and I couldn't lift it up. One of my cars was "locked" inside. I called Precision at 12 noon and Julian, a technician, arrived around four to fix the door. I had already heard from him a couple of times during the afternoon keeping me informed about his arrival time. He fixed it in a timely fashion and advised me that other parts of my door were failing, so I had them replaced, too. Julian was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was doing each step of the way. I would definitely request him if I need service in the future. Thank you Precision for taking care of this on the same day I called. Well done! Julian performed an exceptional replacement for a garage door opener that had malfunctioned and essentially jammed itself open. He was courteous, professional, and patient in describing the cause of the issue and resulting damage, especially for a late night service call (around 9pm). Would definitely recommend for all garage door repairs.
