Reading the reviews from other peoples experiences was the deciding factor. I was further pleased with Raul Mojica. He presented himself in a very proffesional manner. He was TRULY listening to my concerns regarding the issues with our garage door. He gave options explaining them in detail, and even asked me if I was a member of AAA so he could add a little discount. I thought that was above & beyond. I'm sure other places probably would not even mention it. Precision Garage Door and Raul Mojica will be recommended if I have people that I know who are need of garage door service, or a complete new door. A. Loeb

I had a problem with my garage door not fully opening so I contacted Precision to see what the problem was. Had my doors for over 10 years and Daniel had made several suggestions as to what I could do. I chose to have everything replaced. Daniel was very knowledgeable and did not pressure me into getting new doors, but I chose to replace everything. I am glad I called when I did as Daniel pointed out to me what the problem was and it did not appear to be a safe situation. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.

Very positive experience, from when they first arrived. I had 3 companies give me estimates, and this one came in best price and best products too. Not only that, but the color selection was superior AND in stock. Olga, the office manager, organized the installation day, and I received constant updates. They arrived as scheduled on installation day. It's the quietest garage door I've ever owned. Flawless. And it has more features than I even knew I'd be getting...an app on my phone controlling it from afar, etc. A ten star performance.

Precision came to our rescue. Everything stated in their ads are accurate. Daniel Misenhelter service was outstanding. He was prompt, explained what was needed for the repair, stated various options, polite and patience with all of our questions. This property was a rental of our located in another state. All communication was done via telephone. We will not hesitate to use this company in the future. Because of their outstanding service they will be the company we'll use for our annual checkups on our garage door.

I contacted Precision Door Service because I had seen their service truck in our neighborhood. When called, you replied with an available appointment for the following day between 10:00 AM and 12:00PM. At 11:30 your serviceman Noah Proffitt called and said he would be here at 12:00. He arrived just as he said, reviewed the work that had to be done to repair the Garage door Springs, and requested my approval which was given. He completed his work in just over one hour. Eric is an excellent service technician who was very helpful and professional in the service call he performed. He deserves a 5 star rating. I am taking a star off the overall rating due to being told that the call would be at 12 when Eric, who called 30 min before arrival ended up being there at 10:10.

I made an appointment for service, all he did was tell us we needed a new garage door or new hardware. He said in his report it was out of balance, but he did nothing, no lube, no adjustment, nothing. That's not service that's sales. Very disappointed, shouldn't they try a few things before they say buy a new door.
