I needed a new strip on the bottom of my garage door. I googled and picked Precision. The same day I called, Ethan came and replaced the strip, greased everything, and tightened one spring. He was so laid back, easy to talk to, and answered my many questions about garage doors. He was done in no time. I wish every experience with any repairs were so pleasant. You have a good guy with Ethan!

We heard great reviews for Precision Overhear Garage Door Service in my area. So we called to get a quote on replacing the overhead spring that broke. And we agreed that we needed a new door too. It has seen better days. So we got the whole thing replaced. We got a great quote and they had everything in stock. They even offered to open the door so I could get my car out. Within a couple of days we were getting a new door and opener. They honor veterans too! Very friendly and helpful staff and workers. We helped the installers stay cool on one of the hottest days, with plenty of water, ice, and even turned on the AC in the garage to help keep them cool. While the installers were here we did have a minor issue with the door not wanting to close at times. Thought we had it figured out, but then it did it again. Peter Dupree helped us out immensely. He came right out when I called and he got it figured out. He told me to call him right away if there are any further issues, even calling the Genie motor company directly and created a ticket for the call. I highly recommend this company. No pressure sales, just honest advice and many options to choose from. We had a outside keypad, so we did purchase a new one in addition to already receiving 2 remotes.

I will never use precision garage door again. They came out the same day and the technician was professional. The technician quoted me a price to repair my garage door using most of my own existing parts for $1100 v.s. a brand new door for $1300 and I just can't make that make sense.
