Your tech Pete installed two new garage doors for us. I did not get the name of the other gentleman who helped for a few hours, but both of these gentlemen were the most professional men I have been around ever. Not only did they do a wonderful job in the installations but they actually cleaned both of my garage floors and left absolutely NO papers or mess for me to take care of. Pete also went through the MyQ app settings and helped with any questions I had for him. My neighbor even stopped by and asked for a quote for his door after seeing the job he did for ours. Also, because of the specialty color of my doors, there was about a three month wait due to Covid. Precision techs called me every Thursday to inform me when the doors were expected to arrive and all was still on time. How professional can that get! I am so please with all they have done I have already recommended to many other friends. Thank you Precision for a spectacular job well done!

Shelton Kennedy is the technician that overhauled my door. I recommend him highly if you have a choice when you call. He did a great job of installing new springs, drums, cables, rollers, and bearings and making sure everything was properly aligned. My garage door now operates quietly and smoothly - like a new door!

We called Precision at the recommendation of our neighbor. I called them and they arrived on time the next day. Our Technician Chris was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in assessing and repairing/replacing our old opener. After the install was complete, he took the time to fully explain the controls of the unit to make sure we had no problems. Fast professional service, quickly diagnosed problem with my door opener. The replacement cost with the same produce is 150.00 higher than the company that is going to do the replacement tomorrow with the exact same opener. I would have let your tech do it while he was here if it was more in line with the others.
