Over twice as expensive as the other garage door I had repaired by Precision three years ago and the tech took care of a lot more issues...broken cable, spring and cable box had to be re-positioned; however, thank you Biden administration for making things much more expensive. The tech, Brent, was right on time, courteous, and efficient. Did exactly what I asked him to do in less than 45 minutes.

Heath Burlison the technician came out earlier than scheduled and got to work right away. He was very knowledgeable, respectful, and very good at what he did. He changed out my Chain Rail and Gear & Sprocket Chain Drive to my garage door very quickly and tuned up the rollers. He had supplies ready for my repair and worked quickly and efficiently. My door was repaired very fast it was noisy before but now is the quietest door in the neighborhood. I am very impressed with the service that I received. Saw advertisement on tv last night and decided to give Precision a call to look at a noise problem we were having with our garage door. We are extremely happy we made this call. Brent was our service tech. Very conscientious, very knowledgeable service tech. Showed me several problems and explained several solutions and their associated costs. The door presented problems as Brent made the repairs, but he assured me he would not leave until we were both happy with the door. I called to have my garage door repaired and was given a timeframe for the technician's arrival the same day. Brent, the technician, reached out to me and was able to come earlier than expected, which was great. He gave us several options to fix the issue and let us decide which would work best for us. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable and confident with our decision. What impressed me the most was Brent had everything on the truck with him and was able to complete the job at that time. He was efficient and very clean while doing the job.
