Great Service. They did a repair back in October. Something went wrong this month in December. They immediate got someone out first thing the following morning and I was not charged anything because the previous repair was under warrants. Will be using them again if needed.

Precision installed a new garage door and opener in 2015 at my home. The technician, Marvin, did an excellent job then. I had a small problem with the opener, called today, 9/18, and was told someone would be out between 2 and 4 PM. I was very pleased that Marvin was the one who came. My problem was a bad battery. He replaced the battery in a very short time. He, as he was previously, very friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable.

When I called Precision the young lady that I spoke with was so nice and helpful. She scheduled the appointment to my convenience. Prior to my appointment, I got a phone call from Jeremy to assess my issues so he would make sure he had the correct items to fix my garage door and made sure the time he was going to arrive was ok with me. It's not often a customer is given a time of arrival from a company and they actually show up but Jeremy was here and ready to work. He was on time and completed the repairs in a timely manner. Thank you Jeremy and Precision for the excellent service!

I had my garage door repaired yesterday, your technician Marvin came out to my house to make the repair. His professionalism and work were way above what I expected. He not only made the requested repair in a timely and professional manner, but also made sure all parts of the door and opener were working to their maximum potential, making slight adjustments to insure everything was working perfectly. He even went as far as to clean my garage door opener button. Excellent customer service! He showed up when he said he would and went above and beyond what was required!

I had problems with my garage door , opening and closing. The Technician from Precision was very Friendly and Acknowledgable about the service that needed to take place.
