My initial call was answered promptly by a friendly professional person. Set an appointment for that afternoon. The service man, Daniel, arrived on time. Very professional in appearance, attitude and knowledge. Made the repair and checked it twice. Charges were reasonable, particularly in light of the very high level of service. Totally pleased; would highly recommend Precision; no need to look any further for residential garage door service.

I phoned Precision Garage Door late Monday afternoon and asked to have my garage door opener repaired or replaced. They promptly set up a Wednesday afternoon appointment for me. They followed that up with an email that told me that their serviceman, Paul, would be taking care of my problem. On Wednesday, Paul phoned and told me he would be at my house in 30 minutes and when he arrived he was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. He told me my options and after my selection, he made the replacement in about an hour. He showed me how to operate my new opener and asked if I had any questions. I am very pleased with this transaction.
