Could not be a better company! Called on a Saturday afternoon and a service tech (MICHAEL) was here within 15 minutes. He was able to repair our door within 20 minutes!! We have called Precision Door before and actually got a new garage door from them years ago and they are the best!

We saw the advertisements on television and thought Precision would be best for our brand (Linear). Derek came out to service our doors, and we were highly satisfied. He analyzed both doors for us, made numerous adjustments, and lubed them. He also, offered us a change of rollers, which we accepted. When he was finished, our doors worked better than ever. Derek truly exceeded our expectations of customer service. He professionally serviced the doors with a pleasant and friendly attitude. We are very pleased with the outstanding service we received, and we will tell all of our neighbors too.

First time customer. Come home after work on a Friday evening only to find out my spring broke and garage door would not open. I immediately called Precision Door as I had seen several of the commercials on television. From the time I called and the arrival of the technician was under one hour. Justin was very professional, inspected every part of the garage door components, explained the pricing and warranty, and fully replaced new parts needed. My wife and I could not be more pleased with the quick and outstanding service! Certainly will use again if needed and recommend the company.

I had a new gasket installed at the bottom of the door. The work was done quickly, neatly, and effectively. The service man was friendly and courteous, and even lubricated the moving parts of the door and checked the operation of the motor that they replaced a couple of years ago.

Excellent response time for service on our garage door(broken springs).The technician who came out(Dereck),assessed the problem and gave us a very detailed explanation of what needed to be done and the cost involved.He also completed the repair in a reasonable length of time.It took approximately two hours from the time I called to request service until the repair was complete.

Last Tuesday, February 21, I went to open my garage door and heard a very strange sound. Come to find out, two of the latches that connect the garage door panels to the garage door were broken. From a recommendation from a friend, I contacted Precision Garage Door company on Wednesday and they came out the same day. First off, their website is great because they have photos of all their employees which I find extremely helpful. Chris P. was the one who came to service my door. Very friendly and knowledgeable guy. After assessing the situation, he realized the door could not be completely repaired, but rather needed to be replaced. He took the time to explain the issue and why it could not be repaired. He wrote up a quote so my husband and I could review it that evening. The quote included an inspection report. He wasn't pushy to make a sale. He explained if we wanted Precision to replace the door, to call Scott in the office tomorrow. Chris also took extra time to "band-aid" fix the latches so the garage door could be opened in an emergency while we waited for the new door. When I called Scott the next day to place the order, he was very friendly. Since our door was in stock, we were able to get on the schedule for Monday, Feb. 27. Two installers came out on Monday. They called prior to arriving. John was one of the installers. Both of them were very friendly and within an hour to an hour and a half, our garage door was replaced. We couldn't be happier with this company.

Ordered a insulated door. Did not get it. A non insulated door was installed. Had water pipes freeze. Had to pursue getting the insulated door I originally ordered to get it. I like the doors once the one's I ordered were installed. Not sure I should say how I feel about the salesperson who instead of just taking the deposit, took it upon themselves to resale to my wife causing the confusion that got the wrong door installed. If you do business with Precision, make sure you get what you order! Like the product not sure about the sales department.
