I have two garage doors and have used Precision twice in the past year and both issues were resolved in a timely manner. One door had stopped working completely and a PC board was replaced. The other door most recently was jerking, wobbling, noisy and begining to hang up on one side. Roger came out and replaced the rollers, added a couple of braces, springs and safety spring cables, made some tweaks and adjustments and now the door is quiet and working perfectly. I would highly recommend Precision Door Service.

Dillon came on time, actually a little before time on the day I needed him too. He explained the problem and the best solution. I had to leave but felt perfectly comfortable leaving him to replace the motor for the door opener. Billing was done over the phone. He even left a partial can of oil for the door hinges and told me how to use. He is a real asset to your company.

Unfortunately they only have a maximum of five stars. The service provided by their technician, Treston, was absolutely excellent. He's a perfectionist. Not only he worked to get my garage door back to functioning, he also did additional adjustments, straightening and lubrication to leave the 25 year-old door like new.
