Precision did an excellent job, it only took the technician John a minute to figure out what was wrong with my garage door opener and the part that was needed he had on his truck so it only took him another half hour to replace the parts and reset everything. A different garage door company wanted to replace the opener but precision was able to fix it and save me a lot of money! Very nice job!!

Did use company before said it would be a 75.00 charge but if repair is done they would use 75.00 for work. Did excellent work but for an hour work still charge 275.00 guess that 75.00 was charged 200. 00 an hour is kind of ridiculous.

Paul notified me that he would be arriving sooner than my scheduled appointment due to prior cancellations and the time worked well for me. He promptly assessed the problem and after explaining the necessary repair he went about his service quickly and efficiently completing the job in the time he'd indicated. Paul was very friendly and answered all of my questions. He was also kind enough to change a light bulb in my garage that I was unable to reach readily offering to do so.
