Technician showed up on time and fixed my problem. Took the time to inspect both garage doors and did his job very efficiently and knowledge of what he was doing. He explained to me all throughout the process and told me how to maintain the doors by applying lubricant every 6 months which would help the doors operate smoothly. Very satisfied.

When technician arrived he gave estimate of $500 ( new springs + ) Door was previously purchased from precision several years ago. After $500 repair the garage door was not working - technician said it was due to bent panel and need another $200 fix. ( cross bar for bent panel ). Had we initially known bill would be $700 we may have considered other options. Door still has bent cross bar at top - does not prevent door from opening.

I had a broken torsion spring that of course prevented the garage door from opening. I called and spoke with Kayla. Scheduling the service appointment was very easy and she, fortunately, had a same-day appointment available.
