When lightening hit our house, it damaged our garage door opener causing me to raise and lower it by hand. It was very heavy for me to do this. When we called, they did not have a daytime opening, but said they could do it as an after ours night repair. Robert the Service Person arrived and performed an excellent job replacing the parts, motor & all the controls needed. The job was done neatly and in a timely manner. It is a very quite system.

I discovered a snake in my garage last week. There was a slight opening both sides of rubber seat. Tech even checked the entire length of the rubber seal to make sure there was not a snake in there. He fixed the gaps to my satisfaction and wanted to know if there were questions and anything else I needed. Very courteous and customer services attentive. I choose Precision first for the knowledge and professionalism that Rob had when he inspected my garage door. I was manually pushing it up to open and then pulling down to close it because was broken. Then the price was right with the added discount. I am very pleased with the service that Robert provides. He is easy to talk to and he explained everything that is needed to be fixed. He tells me what he did and what to expect after he was finished fixing the garage door. He also showed me how to use my new equipment when he was finished fixing it. I was lucky to have Rob that day. I got lucky again when I called for my appointment I had a late schedule then someone canceled and I was more than happy to take the earlier time.
