Carlos was very professional and courteous. He answered all my questions about my garage door issue and explained what could be the problem. Even though he didn't see an apparent reason for the door not opening and closing consistently, he didn't try to sell me a product I didn;t need. He made some adjustments that will help and gave me information for future problems that may surface. As a result, I will definitely use Precision in the future.

We called for an estimate. Jose was here within 2 hours. He gave us our estimate and we liked it so much that we told him we would take it. Then to our surprise, he said "I can do the work right now and be done in about an hour". Nice!!! He was very professional and did an excellent job. We would recommend him and his company to anyone needing garage door work.

Service provider came two hours early and caught my mom at home on her nightgown. Her caregiver wasn’t there yet either. She was given a quote that was way more than was expected. She had no one to consult with since the caregiver was not there yet. My mother has dementia and doesn’t remember anything. By the time I was contacted by the neighbor, he’d already done the work and charged an exorbitant price. I am very unhappy with the way your serviceman handled this! Jose came out and was very nice, knowledgeable and fast. Our spring broke... we only had 1 spring and he replaced it with 2 springs and replaced the cables. I thought it was a little pricey but the door works better than ever. Very happy with the service and would use them again.

I've always found Precision Garage Door to be a very responsive company, with employees who know what they've doing. After years of use, my garage door spring broke. Aside from your friendly and helpful people who answer the phones, (and who offered to have someone come out the next day), I've always found the technicians who come out to do the work to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Today was no exception. Jose Parea was great, so efficient, friendly and competent. I really appreciated his great attitude and helpfulness. Now, both my garage doors have been rebuilt, and I feel a sense of peace that my lifetime warranty is in place. Thank you for being a company I have always been able to trust!

Our appointment was originally booked the following day. Jose showed up on his way home to close our stuck garage door and give us an estimate. He didn't pressure us and explained everything in detail. He came back the next morning with all the supplies and did a great job efficiently. We understand why our friend recommended the company and was impressed that they sent an email prior to the appointment to identify their technicians. Very professional all around.

We called Precision Garage Doors based on a google search in the area and based on the great reviews. We called on Friday afternoon made an appointment Saturday morning (tech called was on time ...actually called and came earlier!) We replaced the motor and new remote (it's an older garage door could have used a new one but not in our budget right now it was nice the tech did not try to upsell us on anything) He had everything on his truck needed to repair/replace our garage door problem. I would 100% recommend Precision Garage Doors and will use them again.

We needed help with an existing garage door opener mechanism that wasn't working very well. Derek and Kenneth showed up on time and were very patient and helpful (my husband has speech difficulties). After excluding the usual problems they replaced the sensors and the problem was resolved. They even lubricated our rollers so it sounds like new. We really appreciated Derek and Kenneth for their professionalism and helpfulness so that we didn't have to buy a new garage door opener.
