Customer Service Representative - Precision Door Service offers their franchisees a totally integrated and dedicated inbound call center solution. Operating 24 hours, 7 days a week, our customer service professionals process calls and schedule technicians for service.

All customer service representatives go through an extensive telephone training program. In addition, training is provided on our proprietary scheduling software.
